The cottage sleeps up to six. The ground floor is open-plan with a well appointed kitchen, dining area and sitting area which opens directly onto the terrace. There is a wood-burning stove and electric radiators.

Upstairs there is a modern bathroom and three bedrooms; a double, a twin and a third bedroom with a double bunk bed which sleeps adults comfortably. There is a colour television, DVD, CD/radio, microwave, washing machine, telephone and internet access. The cottage is furnished comfortably and is close-carpeted throughout. The south-facing terrace is very sheltered and a wonderful sun trap from which to look out over the estuary.
